What are your rights regarding the processing of your data and how can you exercise them?

Data protection regulations allow you to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability of data, as well as your right to object to and restrict the processing of your data, and not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data, where applicable.

- We must respond to your request within one month, although, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, the deadline may be extended by a further two months.

- We are obliged to inform you of the means by which you can exercise these rights, which must be accessible and cannot be denied on the sole grounds that you have chosen another means. If the request is submitted electronically, the information will be provided by electronic means where possible, unless you request otherwise.

- If David Mora does not comply with the request, he will inform you, within one month at the latest, of the reasons for his failure to act and the possibility of lodging a complaint with a Supervisory Authority.

In order to facilitate the exercise of your rights, we provide you with links to the application form for each of the rights:

We use reasonably reliable and effective physical, organizational, and technological measures, controls, and procedures designed to preserve the integrity and security of your data and guarantee your privacy.

In addition, all staff with access to personal data have been trained and are aware of their obligations in relation to the processing of personal data.

All these security measures are reviewed periodically to ensure their adequacy and effectiveness.

However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed and no security system is impenetrable. Therefore, in the event that any information subject to processing and under our control is compromised as a result of a security breach, we will take appropriate measures to investigate the incident, notify the Supervisory Authority and, where appropriate, those users who may have been affected so that they can take appropriate measures.

Cookie policy

At David Mora, we use cookies or other files with similar functionality (hereinafter, “cookies”) to find out how you use our services and to improve them. David Mora is responsible for cookies and for processing the data obtained through them, whether its own or from third parties, deciding on the purpose, content, and use of the information collected.

The purpose of this policy is to provide you with clear and detailed information about what a cookie is, what its purpose is, what types of cookies we use, and how to configure or disable them.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your browser when you visit our website and that stores information about your browsing activity. Some cookies are essential for the proper functioning of websites, such as technical cookies or user interface customization cookies, while others, such as analytics cookies or behavioral advertising cookies, require us to inform you and obtain your consent before we can use them.

Below, and with the aim of enabling you to give your fully informed consent, we detail the information on what each type of cookie consists of and what its purpose is.

Technical cookies are those that allow the user to navigate through a website, platform, or application and use the different options or services that exist therein, including the management and operation of the website and enabling its functions and services, such as, for example, identifying the session, accessing restricted areas, remembering the items that make up an order, carrying out the purchase process for an order, managing payment, etc. The website cannot function properly without these cookies, so they are considered necessary and do not require consent.

Preference or personalization cookies allow the website to remember information that changes the way the page behaves or looks, so that the user accesses the service with certain characteristics that may differentiate their use of the website from that of other users, such as language, the number of results to be displayed when the user performs a search, or the region in which the user is located. If the user chooses these characteristics themselves, for example, by selecting the language flag, it is considered an expressly requested service as long as the cookies are used exclusively for the selected personalization purpose. As in the previous case, these cookies do not require your consent.

Analysis or measurement cookies are those that allow us to understand how visitors interact with web pages and thus perform statistical analysis of how users use the website services provided. The information collected is used to measure the activity of websites or applications in order to improve the products and services offered by the controller.

Marketing or behavioral advertising cookies store information on user behavior obtained through continuous observation of their browsing habits, allowing a specific profile to be developed to display relevant and attractive ads to the individual user, and therefore more valuable to third-party advertisers.

If you disable cookies, you will still be able to access the website, but your browsing experience may not be optimal and some of the services offered may not function properly.

If, in the future, David Mora uses types of cookies other than those covered in this Cookie Policy to provide new services or if it becomes necessary to adapt it to new legislative requirements, we will notify you.
